COVID-19 Update

The Coronavirus pandemic has led to unprecedented challenges for all of us and we thank our customers and our staff for their continued understanding and support. Lotte Duty Free is following the regulations issued by the Australian and New Zealand Governments and are working very closely with our airport partners.

Due to recent COVID-19 restrictions and many areas in lockdown, our stores ability to open to the public has temporarily changed. Our priority is to keep our team and the community safe. Please read below for the latest restrictions in place as directed by the Australian and New Zealand governments.

With the below states in lockdown please note that our Domestic and International stores in these states will remain closed until Government and health authorities give us clearance to re-open. We will not be open to purchase however, if you have made a pre order, your pre order will still be available for collection.


QUEENSLAND

The snap three-day lockdown will be extended until 6pm Saturday in the Brisbane and Moreton Bay areas. Due to this, Brisbane International Arrivals and Departures stores, along with MAC, Jo Malone, Cosmetique and Optique Domestic stores are unfortunately closed from 6.00pm Thursday 26th June to 6pm Saturday 3rd July.


NORTHER TERRITORY

The lockdown across the Greater Darwin area has been extended for a further 72 hours until 1pm on Friday 2 July 2021. This includes the Darwin, Palmerston and Litchfield Council areas, and Wagait and Belyuen Shires. Alice Springs also entered a 72-hour lockdown at 1pm 30 June 2021. (Please note that our Darwin International Airport store is open according to flight schedules.)


VICTORIA

Our Melbourne store at 185 Swanson Street is open 11am - 5pm Sunday to Thursday and 11am to 6:30pm Friday and Saturday.


NEW ZEALAND

Our Wellington International Airport stores, along with Domestic Airport Cosmetique store is open according to flight schedules.

We understand that the situation resulting from Coronavirus is evolving daily and there are many uncertainties at this time relating to international travel. Lotte Duty Free is working with our airport partners to ensure your health and safety when shopping at our stores in accordance with the guidance issued by the Australian and New Zealand Governments and the World Health Organisation.

In addition to our existing stringent cleaning and maintenance protocols, we have instated further measures to ensure our stores are clean and hygienic shopping environments for everyone. In an effort to continue to protect our customers and team members we have suspended all makeup and skincare applications until further notice.
