Is my Vantage membership automatically active?

Yes, your membership is active as soon as you join the program.

Are there any fees involved in becoming a Vantage member?

No, the Vantage loyalty program is free.

Is there a minimum age for Vantage members?

Yes, members must be aged 18 years or older.

Do I have to be an Australian resident to join the Vantage program?

No, however if you are not an Australian resident you should be a frequent traveller to or from Australia to maximise your rewards.

How do I update my details?

To preview account details, including points and membership tier, select 'MY ACCOUNT' from the top left navigation options on the website homepage. You can view your Account page here.


What happens if I lose my membership card?

If you lose a Vantage Card please contact a Customer Service Representative at Contact Us to organise a replacement card. A small charge may apply.


Is there a minimum number of points to start redeeming awards?

Yes, you need to earn 10,000 points to redeem your points to the value of $20 in-store and online.


I have forgotten my username, what should I do?

Your username is your email address or Vantage number. If you still cannot remember, please contact a Customer Service Representative at Contact Us.


I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Click on the 'Forgot Password' link located on the login page, and follow the steps.


Why is my email mandatory to register with Vantage?

Your email address allows us to communicate with you about your membership and allows us to keep you informed of exclusive offers, events and any changes to the program. If you choose to opt out of receiving emails you will be opting out of the program.


Can I cancel my Vantage membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please contact a Customer Service Representative via the website or opt out of receiving emails.

1. How do I earn points?

Points are earned when you purchase Lotte Duty Free Australia goods either in-store or online. This does not include purchases on Apple, Samsung or tobacco products. Click here for the points table.

2. Are my points transferable?

No - points are not transferable.

3. How long are my points valid for?

Points do not expire provided there is purchase activity within a 12-month period. This includes a purchase where points are redeemed.

4. What happens if I return my shopping for a refund?

The store will provide a refund where it is legally obliged to do so (for example, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). Points earned on returned products will be deducted accordingly. No monetary refund will be given for the points value when returning items.

5. Can I use my card when I shop online?

Yes - ensure you login to your account prior to purchasing Lotte Duty Free goods and the points will be added accordingly.

6. How do I keep track of my points?

You can track your points online using your customer login in the My Profile section at Profile.

7. How do I claim missing points?

Please contact a Customer Service Representative with proof of purchase at Contact Us or on 1300 388 937 (within Australia) or +61 1300 388 937 (outside Australia) to claim your points.

8. How quickly are my points credited to my account?

Goods purchased at a Lotte Duty Free airport store (after Customs clearance) - Immediately

Goods purchased at a Lotte Duty Free airport store airport (before Customs clearance) - Once goods are picked up by the traveller at the Collections point.

Goods purchased as a pre-order or online via the Lotte Duty Free website - Can take up to 60 days to be credited. Once goods are picked up by the traveller at the Collections point.

How do I redeem points?

Members who have at least 10,000 points can redeem them in $20 denominations when making a purchase in-store and online. Simply present your card at the start of your transaction and you will have the option to redeem your points.


How do I advance up a tier?

To advance from RED to GOLD status, you must spend a minimum of $1,500 at Lotte Duty Free in one twelve (12) month period on all products (excluding Apple, Samsung and tobacco). To advance from GOLD to DIAMOND status, you must spend a minimum of $3,000 at Lotte Duty Free in one twelve (12) month period on all products (excluding Apple, Samsung and tobacco).

Which products qualify to earn points?

All products are included except for Apple, Samsung and tobacco products.

What are the tier level benefits?

Please refer to Tier Benefits.

How will I receive my new Vantage card if I move up a tier?

GOLD and DIAMOND members will receive a card in the mail (once a correct mailing address is provided).

I have qualified for the next tier, how long does it take to be recognised?

You will move up a tier at the end of your monthly statement cycle.

Do I need to continue to spend to maintain my tier level?

Once you qualify for a tier upgrade you will not be downgraded. If there is no activity on the account for 12 months any points accumulated will be lost.
